1918 Keizo Ishihara started the production of oblate and food pigment in Shizuoka prefecture.
1943 Temporally closed business because of WWⅡ
1946 Shohichi Ishihara restarted an independently operated company.
1948 Established Ishihara Shoten Co., Ltd. with the capital of JPY 500 thousand
1953 Increased capital to JPY 1.2 million
1956 Increased capital to JPY 2 million
1964 Opened the Tokyo Sales Office
1974 Increased capital to JPY 11 million
1977 Increased capital to JPY 16.5 million
1981 Changed company name into Ishihara Co., Ltd.
1991 Opend the USA Office in Seattle, WA
1998 Opend the Omiya Sorting Center for sorting walnuts
1999 Junichi Ishihara was inaugurated as President.
2006 Opend the Almond Factory
2007 Moved the Almond Factory to its current address
2009 Moved the Head Office to its current address
2012 Almond Factory and Head Office obtained ISO22000 for its food safety management system.
2015 Joined the Sonton Group
2018 Almond Factory obtained FSSC22000 for its food safety management system.
